Green New Year's Resolutions

• cycle in the city instead of driving (with no snow in Helsinki right now, this ought to be easy!)
  
• choose reusable shopping bags instead of plastic
  
• switch to energy-saving lightbulbs

• get to know your home country: choose domestic vacations and take the train
  
• choose energy saving home appliances
• turn off the lights when leaving home or office
  
• buy organic produce
• limit your intake of meat
  
• recycle organic waste
• buy recycled goods (books, clothes, etc.)
• choose reusable batteries over general purpose
